Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose of the Website and Referral Policy

This website is owned and operated by Sovereign Artist, LLC under the direction of Michelle Marie Sawtell. The site is built and hosted on the Wix platform. It operates strictly as an archival digital museum, portfolio, and creative collaboration hub highlighting multidisciplinary works across Music, Photography, Fashion, and Creative Direction. It does not offer public appointment calendars, instant checkout booking, or retail shopping carts. All creative engagements and studio collaborations are managed strictly by referral only and require a personal, complimentary discovery consultation.

2. Collaboration Frameworks and Square Payments

All inquiries submitted via the secure "Align" portal are evaluated for creative synergy by Sovereign Artist, LLC. Entering into a paid artistic collaboration, joint venture, or media project requires a separate, mutually signed written agreement detailing the specific project scope and timeline. For the security of our studio, all invoice transactions, including consultation fees and project retainers are processed exclusively and digitally through our verified Square point of service. Sovereign Artist, LLC strictly does not accept physical checks, cash, bank wires, or alternative payment platforms under any circumstances. All invoices must be completed via the secure Square link provided directly by the company.

3. No Refunds, Returns, or Cancellations

Because all projects are unique, custom artistic collaborations and creative direction contracts managed by Sovereign Artist, LLC, all invoice payments are 100% final.

4. Art Display and Color Disclaimer

All fine art, fashion portraits, and music photography displayed on this website are the creative property of the artist. Actual artwork and product colors may vary from the images shown online. Every monitor or mobile device display has a different capability to display colors, and every individual may see these colors differently. Sovereign Artist, LLC cannot guarantee that the color your screen displays accurately portrays the true, physical color of our artistic assets.

5. Music Collaboration and Production Policies

All collaborative music projects require a signed agreement outlining credit, publishing, and master royalty splits prior to tracking sessions. The host artist or client is entirely responsible for securing and funding the local recording studio rental and the technical audio or computer engineer.

For luxury creative direction, photography, or music studio collaborations outside of the greater Boston area but within the New England region, an additional non-refundable travel fee applies. Extended national or international travel engagements require the collaborating partner to fully secure and fund all round-trip premium flights, accommodations, and ground transport. A custom travel fee and a non-refundable session deposit must be fully processed through our secure Square point of service prior to travel confirmation.

6. Intellectual Property and Copyright Protection

All content displayed on this website, including fine art photography, music photography, fashion portraits, wardrobe curations, blog editorials, audio recordings, musical compositions, and digital soundscapes, is the exclusive intellectual property of Sovereign Artist, LLC and Michelle Marie Sawtell. Unauthorized duplication, reproduction, distribution, scraping, or mirroring of any visual, sonic, or written assets for commercial use, public display, or domain mimicry is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of copyright law.

7. Mandatory Contact and Communication Policy

To maintain administrative security and protect against unauthorized digital communications, all official inquiries, collaboration requests, and business correspondences must be initiated strictly through the secure booking form located on our "Align" page. Sovereign Artist, LLC does not recognize, respond to, or accept legal or business liability for unsolicited messages sent outside of this designated secure channel.

Your privacy is deeply respected by Sovereign Artist, LLC and Michelle Marie Sawtell. This website is hosted on the Wix.com platform, which provides the online infrastructure that allows us to share our creative portfolio with you. We do not store or process sensitive credit card numbers or billing data directly on our website servers. The only personal information collected directly on this site is the data you voluntarily provide through the secure "Align" contact form (such as your name, email address, phone number, and project details) to evaluate potential creative alignments with Sovereign Artist, LLC across our disciplines of Music, Photography, Fashion, and Creative Direction.

Additionally, when you visit the site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the operational cookies that are installed on your device. As you browse, we collect information about the individual web pages or portfolio pieces that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the site, and information about how you interact with the site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

We and our hosting platform, Wix, utilize standard digital tracking technologies to manage data collection safely:

4. Third-Party Payment Processing via Square

When a collaboration agreement is finalized with Sovereign Artist, LLC, payment transactions are processed securely off-site through Square. Your billing details, names, addresses, and credit card numbers are managed entirely by Square's secure encryption networks and are subject to their respective Square privacy policies.

5. Data Security and Privacy Rights

We implement strict physical, electronic, and procedural measures to keep your shared data safe from unauthorized access. At any time, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or the complete deletion of any personal details you have submitted through our forms. If you would like to manage or delete your stored information, you must submit a formal request directly through our secure Align communication form.

Please note that this right to deletion does not apply to mandatory financial transaction records, invoices, or payment histories, which we are legally required to retain for regulatory, tax, and accounting purposes.

6. Data Sharing

Sovereign Artist, LLC and Michelle Marie Sawtell do not sell, rent, lease, or distribute your contact details, device information, or personal data to third parties, advertising networks, or outside entities under any circumstances.
